We called... read more ahead to make the reservation and was glad we did. What trusting owners these folks are, but we do think they live just next to the campground on a small ranch. It was self-check in and self-pay. Envelopes are left for cash or credit card info if you just stop in without a reservation. There is an office but no one there; just the explanation for payment. The sites were very level; very well maintained and the entire place was clean. You need a self contained RV but you do have full hookups. We got to visit with the cows thru the fence of the small ranch. It was a perfect place for our one-night stop.
